Oxford University RLFC attacks Liban Espoir. 9/1/2004. Liban Espoir, or Emerging Lebanon, is Lebanese rugby league's domestic representative team. Created within the first year of Lebanese rugby league development it draws on players from the local championship alone. Liban Espoir players are given the opportunity to broaden their rugby league horizons and use selection as a stepping stone towards the full national team honours.
